Dr. Clements is a Georgia native. He received his Bachelor of Science in Biology from University of Georgia and his Doctorate of Optometry from Arizona College of Optometry. He spent his external rotations at the Womack Army Medical Hospital at Fort Bragg in North Carolina, the VA Hospital of Providence in Rhode Island and private practices in Hawaii and Washington State. 

   Dr. Clements is a board certified optometrist who specializes in contact lens fittings and contact lens related problems. As a optometrist, he also manages and treats a wide variety of many ocular conditions ranging from common eye infections to diabetes and glaucoma.

    Dr. Clements and his wife, Melissa, reside in Cumming with their two young daughters, Olivia and Eleanor and son, Fabius V. During his downtime, Dr. Clements enjoys UGA football, golfing, live concerts and traveling.
